Shipping & Refund
Domestic Shipping (United States): We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Once the order is shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery within the United States. We offer standard shipping rates, and expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
International Shipping: For our international customers, please allow 7-14 business days for delivery, depending on the destination and customs clearance. Please note that any additional customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery. Please note that some orders may require multiple shipments, and you will receive separate tracking information for each package.
Shipping Rates: Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination. You can view the shipping cost at the checkout before submitting your order. For international orders, please note that shipping rates do not include any additional customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from BUBBLY BARS SOAP CO., LLC. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at email@example.com to obtain a return authorization. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant information. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return process.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.
